About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the FundingFrame website at https://fundingframe.co.uk, including the funding checker. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What FundingFrame does and does not do
FundingFrame is an introducer of commercial finance enquiries. We collect the details of your funding requirement, structure them into a summary and, where we consider it appropriate and you have consented, introduce the enquiry to a specialist commercial finance partner.
FundingFrame is not a lender, does not make lending decisions, does not guarantee that finance will be available and does not tell customers that they have been approved. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. Any discussion of finance options, and any decision to lend, takes place between you, the finance partner and any lender they involve.
Our internal review of enquiries is solely to decide whether an introduction is appropriate. It is not an offer, a decision or an indication that finance is available. We may decline to introduce an enquiry at our discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.
Your responsibilities
When you use the funding checker you agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and you are entitled to provide it;
- you are at least 18 years old and are enquiring about a UK property or business;
- you will not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading enquiries, or to interfere with its operation;
- you understand that any figures you enter are your own estimates and will be checked independently if you proceed with a lender.
Fees
FundingFrame does not charge you for using the site or for submitting an enquiry. FundingFrame may receive a fee from its finance partner if an introduced enquiry results in a completed facility. Any fees charged by the partner or a lender are a matter between you and them and will be disclosed to you by them.
Website content and guides
The guides and other content on this site are general information about commercial finance in the United Kingdom. They are not advice and do not take account of your circumstances. Lending criteria, costs and market conditions change and vary between lenders; we do our best to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current.
All content on this site belongs to FundingFrame or its licensors. You may read and print it for your own use but may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
Liability
We provide the site on an 'as is' basis and do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or any dealings you have with the finance partner or a lender. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
