The three steps
How it works
A short, structured conversation about your deal, not a lengthy application.
Step 1: Tell us about your deal
Answer a short series of questions about your property, finance requirement and timescale.
Step 2: We review the requirement
FundingFrame turns the information into a structured commercial finance enquiry.
Step 3: Speak to a specialist
Where appropriate, the enquiry is introduced to an award-winning specialist commercial-finance partner.
The Deal Snapshot
What we produce from your answers.
A Deal Snapshot is a one-page structured summary of your requirement. It's the document a specialist reads before they pick up the phone, so it covers the things they need to know first.
- Amount
- How much you're looking to borrow, and roughly what the property is worth or costs.
- Property
- The type of property, its location and how it will be used: occupied, let or developed.
- Deposit or equity
- What you can contribute, or the equity you hold in property you already own.
- Timescale
- When you need the finance in place and where the deal currently stands.
- Borrower
- Who will be borrowing (individual, partnership, trading company or SPV) and relevant experience.
- Exit
- For short-term or development finance, how the loan is expected to be repaid.
After you submit
What happens next.
Step 1: You get a confirmation
We email you a reference for your enquiry so you can refer to it if you contact us.
Step 2: We review the enquiry
FundingFrame looks at the Deal Snapshot to decide whether an introduction to our finance partner is appropriate.
Step 3: A specialist may contact you
If the enquiry is referred and you've consented, a commercial finance specialist contacts you by your preferred method to discuss options.
To be clear
What FundingFrame does not do.
- We are not a lender and we do not lend money.
- We do not give financial, legal or tax advice.
- We do not run credit checks when you tell us about your deal.
- We do not share your enquiry with anyone without your consent.
FundingFrame does not make lending decisions, does not guarantee that finance will be available and does not tell customers they have been approved.
FundingFrame reviews enquiries internally to decide whether an introduction is appropriate. This internal review is not a lending decision, an offer or an indication that finance is available.
